SEWING TUTORIAL: Baby Rattle (giling-giling alias kecrekan bayi)

 

Giraffe Baby Rattle

This one I made for my friends babies.

So easy to make. So few material needed. And so little time consumed.

All you need are these:
                    

You see the plastic bottle? The one that I used was a shampoo bottle from hotel toiletries. Then I put buttons inside the bottle, so when it is shaken,  it will make some sound and this will encourage baby to shake it more.


It is just like you make any other stuffed animal toy. Cut fabric as the pattern, and sew around the edge, but don't forget to put ribbon for the horns a tail. Leave approximately 5 cm open for the way to stuff fiber fill and plastic bottle.

This is how I put the plastic bottle inside, I wrapped the bottle with fibber fill so the toy is still felt soft when being hold by babies.  Lastly, close the opening with invisible stitch.

Finally, when you've done with your toy, give it to an expert to calculate  the grade of cuteness and fun of this little thing would generate .....
